About the Role
We are looking for Ambitious, passionate, and energetic Business Development Executives with
2 to 4 years of work experience to help our suppliers and customers expand their business.
You will be the front face of the company to our suppliers and customers. You should be able to
ask questions, understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals.
The focus should be to enable both our customers and suppliers to reach their financial growth
through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
What’s exciting about this job
You as a business development executive can make up to 5 times more money than the
Industry standards depend on your ability to close sales. For ex: A typical business
development executive with us who can close 100 leads in a year can make $16,000 as an
incentive in a year apart from the salary.
Since the product is a Marketplace like UBER but we are for IT services, You can have a long
term future with the company as the business scale.
Your goal
a. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
b. Engaging, Nurturing, and building long term relationships with customers
Responsibilities
- Make calls, email our customers/suppliers, and introduce the product and company
- Understand their business needs
- Understand at what stage are they in the pipeline
- Arrange meetings
- Present the opportunity to them
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Share success stories with other team members to help them be successful in their job
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive in IT
services companies that targeted US customers - Added advantage if you have any SaaS product sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Educational qualification of MBA Marketing/BTech/B.sc is desirable
