About the Role
IT recruiters find and attract needed technical/non-technical employees for their organization or client.
Responsibilities
Basic duties include
- setting up advertising campaigns
- contacting potential applicants
- searching for applicants online (and through other relevant means)
- creating job postings for available positions.
- Extensive experience with passive candidate sourcing in IT including but not limited to; developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through phone screens/interviews, management of the end-to-end recruiting process, etc., or equivalent years of business experience.
