This Privacy Policy applies to both Aumnics’s website located at www.Aumnics.ai and our affiliated website (collectively, the “Site”), and related software and services (collectively with the Site, “Aumnics Platform ”).
This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, processing, usage, and sharing practices. It also lays out your preferences regarding the use, access, and correction of your personal data. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use Aumnics Platform.

Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning given to them in the User Agreement at www.aumincs.ai/terms_of_use effective as of the date at the top of this Agreement.
1. What Information We Collect About You?
What types of information we collect from you depends on how you use Aumnics Platform, what services you use, and what information you choose to provide or make available to us. We collect information about you when you:
- Create an account or update information in it
- Input information into the Aumnics Platform
- Submit communications to us
- Contact us
- Visit any or use the Aumnics Platform
- Interact with Contractors or Customers as the case may be
Website usage information may be collected and stored using cookies.
1.1. User Information
We collect information related to the creation of the account or that otherwise identifies you as a user of the Aumnics Platform (“User Information”).
1.2. Personal Information
We collect user information, this may include certain any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally (“Personal Information”), this includes contact information, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions that you enter into on the Aumnics Platform, and information about you that is available on the Internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
1.3. Information collected on behalf of the customer or the service provider
If you are the user using Aumnics Platform through an account created on your behalf (such as an employer, organization of which you are a member or another individual), we may collect and process User Information about you within the account your use of Aumnics Platform is associated with.
1.4. Information collected from the third-party service
When you create an account with Aumnics, we may collect certain User Information directly from you or, if you create your account using a third-party service (i.e. Google or Facebook), we may collect User Information about you from the third-party service (such as your username or user ID associated with that third-party service). By choosing to create an account using a third-party service, you authorize us to collect User Information necessary to authenticate your account with the third-party service provider.
1.5. Information About Children
The Aumnics platform is not intended for or targeted at children under 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 18 If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 18, please contact us at info@Aumnics.ai, so that we may delete the information.
2. How We Use Information We Collect
We require certain information to provide our services to you. When you choose to share the information with us, we collect and use it solely to operate our services.
2.1. Contract
Processing of your Personal Information is necessary for us to administer the contractual relationships between ourselves and the Customers, ourselves and the Service Providers, and Customers and Service Providers in connection with the performance of the IT Services.
2.2.Legitimate interests
If you are an existing Customer or Service Provider on the Aumnics Platform, or contact either Aumnics or communicate through the Platform, we would like to contact you about our services, offers, and content that may be of interest to you, to do so we process your personal information to make sure we send you only relevant, targeted information. You can opt-out of this at any time.
2.3.Consent
We may ask for your consent to process your Personal Information in order to send you marketing materials. If you agree you can withdraw your consent at any time.
We will usually ask for your consent in the form of a tick box or when you share with us your email address expressly to subscribe to our updates.
2.4.We Never Sell Your Data
Aumnics does not sell any information to any third parties.
2.5.Plaid Payment Processing
Aumnics uses the following third parties with respect to payment processing: i)Plaid Inc., (“Plaid”) ii)Network Merchants, LLC (“nmi”) and iii) SVB Financial Group (“SVB”)(Plaid, nmi, and SVB are together the “Processors”); information shared with a processor is treated in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.svb.com/privacy-notice, https://www.nmi.com/privacy-policy, and
https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy respectively.
3. Transfer of Your Personal Information
3.1. Aumnics is the Controller
Aumnics Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at {Address}, is the controller of the data collected in connection to your usage of Aumnics Platform..
3.2.Transfers to third parties
The Personal Information we collect may be transferred to and stored a) in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in by the Customer or the Service Provider; b) in the third countries in order to connect you with the Customer or the Service Provider identified by you or referred to you via Aumnics Platform.
4. How to Access & Control Your Personal Information
You have the following rights with regard to reviewing, correcting and removing your Personal Information:
- You can request access, correction, updates, or deletion of your Personal Information.
- You can object to the processing of your Personal Information, ask us to restrict the processing of your Personal Information or request portability of your Personal Information.
- If we have collected and process your Personal Information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
- You have the right to complain to your data protection authority about our collection and use of your Personal Information. You may find information on how to contact your local data protection authority is available at https://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm.
- You may also review and edit by yourself the Personal Information you have shared with us, as well as manage your communication preferences by logging into your account at Aumnics platform. request to change, correct, or delete your information within a reasonable amount of time and notify you of the outcome.
5. Data Retention
Unless you request us to delete Personal Information contained within your account, we delete the information you submit to verify your identity (or the identity of the person listed as the service provider’s signing officer) 30 days following your account deactivation and retain certain data (including Personal Information, such as your name and email address) for the following 6 months. Should you wish to revisit the possibility of cooperation with Aumnics, the aforementioned data will be used to recover your account records to the fullest extent possible.
Please be advised that it is not always feasible to completely remove or delete information from our databases, hence certain information will persist on Aumnics Platform even after your account has been deleted.
6. How We Secure Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect and store. If you believe your information may not be secure for any reason, please contact us immediately.
7. Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the Platform and to compile statistical reports on Platform activity. We use cookies at Aumnics platform to present you with information you will find more relevant and provide functionality you used previously.
Cookies do not provide us with access to your computer or any information about you, other than that which you choose to share with us. We do not use cookies to identify who you are. Nevertheless, we may use cookies to identify that your web browser has accessed aspects of the services and may associate that information with your account (if you have created an account at Aumnics).
You can use the Aumnics Platform without registering, limiting the type of information that we gather. However, please note that registration enables you to take advantage of the most attractive features of Aumnics Platform.
